In one form or another for about 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
All forms of Auto, Home, Business, Health, annuity, and life insurance products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been one of those types of people who enjoy dry information. Insurance definitely fits that mold, and because I enjoy it, I think I am a valuable resource to my clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have moved into the new age, but still create a customer experience like days past. In other words, we have removed ourselves from old, high pressure sales tactics, but still treat our clients as family.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently housed in one location, but operate in Multiple states. In 2009, we plan to open a second location. We are currently in the planning stages of opening this new office.
